Back Roads Memories

We were fortunate to be participant drivers on the very first Andiamo venture.  We thoroughly enjoyed the roads, venues, restaurants, hotels and mostly sharing time with wonderful friends we knew and the new friends we made on the fun packed maiden Andiamo voyage. We are certain the Andiamo team will go on to develop future tours with even more to offer.  We highly recommend Andiamo as a trip for drivers who love great roads, beautiful scenery, fun venues and especially sharing a driver's adventure with friends.

Participating in an Andiamo Tour is valuable in many ways.  The best part for my wife Barbara and I is all the interesting people you meet.  Spending four or five days with a group living in five-star hotels and eating meals in great restaurants as a group gives you a chance to get to know quite a bit about people.  Then you get to experience them on the road which gives you another perspective.  The secondary experience is being able to use your classic car to do what they were designed to do.  Five days on the road in Northern California covering a thousand miles and none of it on a freeway lets you really get to know your ride.  And then there is the scenery.   The gentleman who develops the route can take you to places you never knew existed.  He has been doing this kind of thing for years and makes your experience special.  Steve Pedone is the idea guy, but Kathy Pedone is the one who makes all the arrangements to make your time on the tour so enjoyable.  They are a good team.  They work very hard to make sure you have a good time.

The Gold Country Grand Tours have been awesome!  We had never been on most of the beautiful and out of the way roads we travelled on the Gold country tours.  The food and accommodations were wonderful. And most of all, the event organizers and the new friends we made were so caring and conscientious in making these tours an experience we will always remember.
